All By Myself is our off the farm purchase from Stohlquist Showpigs and a firm that has bred some true breed changers in the Yorkshires as any firm. This boar is one I would say might of hit me as hard as any boar that has come from Stohlquist. That’s a bold statement, but this one can make it big time. This was the deepest Yorkshire litter at Stohlquist that I have seen and offers a lined up Big Step pedigree. Offers all the positives of that in a more moderate package, and mother is a littermate to Big Ticket.
All By Myself is one that is the ideal combination of barrow power, shape, look, and balance of the big ring junior gilts. He is a high headed boar that offers stoutness to his skull, yet still long about his neck. Right proportion in terms of frame size and length of body, angle and set up front is ideal. When he leaves, he has a square clean hock and offers that signature Stohlquist density and hair. With all the extras that this guy has, he is one that is so flexible off both ends, can get out and flex and reach behind. That is a big time advantage for the breed. A boar that can make a big swing for so many and the Yorkshire breed is ALL BY MYSELF!!!!
