Intern is the $40,000 Grand Champion Boar from the 2018 STC. The litter this guy was out of was very impressive this spring, including a couple of the highest selling cross gilts out of the Rodibaugh April farm sale. NSR staff Clay Parrish, Clay Zwilling, and intern Payton Dahmer all stopped at Rodibaughs and everyone was in on this guy. Also, both Jim and Justin told us that they had a special one coming to Louisville, and when he hit the ring we wanted him to come back with us.
Intern is one unique made boar that offers an awesome look from the side and massive skeleton. He is one that is high headed and level spined with great set up front and hind leg set. Offers some spread and shape up high and takes that power to the ground when he leaves you. Comes at you with width and squareness, can flex and reach off both ends, and is massive in terms of bone, mass, and foot size. We think this guy can make the next generation of barrows, gilts, and boars that can win.
