Top Shelf was Team Sloan’s lead off pig in their 2022 Top Shelf Sale. He was one that we liked a great deal and our good buddies at Tru Genetics ended up buying. We have been asking on this dude since they bought, and finally got the deal done to bring him to Upper Hand. He is as impressive as a mature, as he was as a baby. The pedigree on this guy is equally as impressive as he is, and combines many current winning genetics. In addition to Sloan’s program and genetics, that has been incredibly dominant in the show ring.
Top Shelf is one that is going to bring all the power and extras it takes to get them to the next level. He offers width and mass in a moderate package, yet still good about his look from the side and matches length of side to his frame. He is giant legged, has big feet, and one that comes and goes with natural width off both ends and takes that power to the ground. Yet is flexible and has great set and angulation to his blade. A power boar that has the extras in a mobile sound package is what you get when reaching up and using TOP SHELF!!!!!!
